What we keep
Your name, work email, role and facility. The requests you send to NPHIES and the answers that come back.
Why we keep it
To run your requests, show you their status and keep the audit trail that NPHIES and your facility require.
Who can see it
People at your facility with a role that allows it, and Raneem IT support when you ask for help. We do not sell or share it for any other use.
Your choices
Ask your administrator to correct your details or to deactivate your account. For anything else, use Help and support.
