Read these before you use RaneemHCP. They apply to every person who signs in.
Who can sign in
Only people your facility administrator has approved. Your account is personal. Do not share your password or your two-step codes.
What you can do
Use RaneemHCP to run eligibility checks, send prior authorization requests and claims, and follow payments for your own facility.
Patient data
Open a patient record only when you need it for your work. Every view and change is written to the audit log.
Ending access
Your administrator can deactivate your account at any time. We end sessions that stay idle for 20 minutes.
