The details NPHIES needs to recognize your organization. High-impact changes ask you to confirm before they are saved.

This applies to the whole organization right away. The new values are used by every eligibility check, prior authorization and claim sent after you save.

Set once here. Requests pick it up automatically, so it is no longer asked on the Provider step.
The license number registered with NPHIES.
Identifies the group. Each facility also carries its own provider ID and certificate, see Structure.
