What a good password looks like, how long it lives, and how often it can be reused.

Characters, at least 8.
Expiry and reuse
Users are reminded 7 days before.
Reuse of any of these is rejected.

- A capital and a small letter
- A number
- A special character
- Not one of your last 3 passwords
Applies to password changes, resets and the first sign in. Existing passwords are checked at the next change.
