Second release option. Shows what is queued, retried or failed at NPHIES, and the last success. Use it after an NPHIES outage.
Nothing is lost. While NPHIES does not answer, every request is saved here and sent again by itself. Nobody has to retype anything.

Why they failed
- No answer from NPHIES: usually temporary. A retry sends the same saved request, so nothing is entered twice.
- Refused by NPHIES: the request itself needs a fix. Open it, correct it and send it again.
The outbox is empty
Every request has been sent and answered. If NPHIES goes down, requests are saved here and sent again automatically.
